Returns & Exchanges

We are very proud of the quality of our products and make it a priority to ensure all products are delivered in excellent conditions. If for any reason, the product does not meet the customers expectations, you may return it within 30 days after receipt of the package. Please note that all merchandise to be exchanged or returned must be unused, in the original packaging with hang tags attached. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the goods to us. Returned items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please ensure your package is secure to prevent any damage. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return or exchange, please first contact us at sales@cpcchildrenswear.com. Returned items should be sent, along with copy of order receipt or packing slip, to:

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. If the sale item is returned within 30 days of original purchase, we would be happen to issue store credit for the original purchase value excluding the shipping fee.

Custom Products

Monogrammed or custom embroidered items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
